The Controller of your personal data is Architech Poland Sp. z o.o., with it’s registered office at aleja Zygmunta Krasińskiego 17/2, 31-111 Kraków. Your data is processed for the current recruitment process by Architech Poland.
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and submit a complaint to the supervisory body.
We transfer your data outside the European Economic Area to Architech Solutions Consulting Services Inc, with its registered address at 180 John St, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1X5, Canada. Architech Solutions holds 100% of shares in Architech Poland, therefore, under the Commission Decision of 20 December 2001, under the Directive 95/46 / EC of the European Parliament and the Council for the adequate protection of personal data provided for in the Canadian Act on the Protection of Personal Information and Electronic Documents (notified under document number C (2001) 4539), personal data is transferred to the Canadian Company.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for this purpose. Processing your data is lawful because it is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (Article 6 point 1b of Regulation EU 2016/679 – GDPR). Your data will be deleted when the current recruitment process is finished unless a separate consent is provided below.
