THE CHALLENGE

Bayshore needed a platform to enable care recipients and family members to stay connected with their care team.

Bayshore needed a tailored platform to provide seamless, real-time communication between practitioners, patients, caregivers, and families to further improve client care and remote management care while mitigating any potential risks.

THE TECHNICAL SOLUTION

Cloud-based web application that enabled scheduling, managing of appointments, an e-commerce marketplace and a custom voice application.

Architech lead with a discovery to identify commonalities and struggles that would inform the development of the portal. This enabled Architech to design and develop a connected user experience, featuring an interactive interface to facilitate better client care through online appointment bookings, voice activation, ongoing wellness resources and seamless communications under one application.
